All game content and code are owned by Catz Studio or its licensors. You may not copy or create derivative works beyond what is required to play.

Updates and availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features or titles at any time. Access may depend on device, OS version, and platform policies.

Data and privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use gameplay and diagnostics data to improve stability, balance, and player experience.

Disclaimers

Our games are provided “as is” without warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Catz Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our games. In jurisdictions where limits apply, our liability is capped at the amount you paid (if any) for the game or related in-app purchases in the last 3 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may stop using our games at any time.
