How Catz Studio handles your data.
This page explains what information we collect in our games, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Catz Studio does not directly collect personal data in our games. Any data collection happens via third-party services integrated for analytics, ads, and crash reporting.
- Game analytics: usage and engagement data processed by third parties.
- Firebase/Google Analytics: device/usage signals for performance and stability.
- AdMob / IronSource / Unity Ads: ad delivery and measurement data handled by those providers.
- Platform crash reporting: OS-level diagnostics handled by Apple/Google.
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and any info you include.
We do not sell or rent data. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.
How data is used
Third-party services use data to provide analytics, deliver and measure ads, and report crashes. Catz Studio may review aggregated reports to improve gameplay, balance, stability, and ad experience.
Sharing
Data is shared with third-party providers that operate these services:
- Analytics: Firebase / Google Analytics and similar game analytics tools.
- Advertising: AdMob, IronSource, Unity Ads.
- Platform services: Apple/Google for distribution, payments, and crash reporting.
No data is sold. Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect players and our services.
Retention
We keep game analytics and crash data only as long as needed for troubleshooting and improvement, then aggregate or delete it. Support emails are kept as long as required to resolve the request.
Your choices
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
- You can disable analytics/crash reporting at the device level in your OS settings if supported.
Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data; no method is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
